Rates
$125.00 per 50-minute session.
Insurance
Most major insurance plans accepted. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance co-pay or employee benefit plan. Please call to verify coverage.
Payment
Co-pay and counseling fees must be paid at the time of service.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
