Rates and Fees:
- Traditional therapeutic services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan.
- Most major insurance plans and EAP plans accepted.
- Therapy co-pay and fees must be paid at the time of service.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
- Additional fees apply for the completion and submission of FMLA and Short Term Leave paperwork, legal and court proceedings, and for employment purposes.
